I genuinely love what I do and focus on clean work, attention to detail, and creating a space where you can relax and trust the process. I care about consistency, good energy, and making sure you leave feeling comfortable and confident in your look. Whether you’re coming in for a simple refresh or something new, my goal is for you to feel good every time you sit in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. • Emergency Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen — please reach out if you have special circumstances.
