CANCELLATION POLICY
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. • Emergency Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen — please reach out if you have special circumstances.
